JOMBANG, SWARAJOMBANG.com – Puluhan petani Dusun Kwacang, Desa Sukodadi, Kecamatan Kabuh, Kabupaten Jombang, Jawa Timur yang lahannya seluas kurang lebih 26 hektar dibeli oleh PT Peternak Ayam Manggis hanya bisa menahan kesedihan karena pembayaran lahannya sampai hari ini belum dilunasi oleh pihak pembeli.
Menurut keterangan salah satu pemilik lahan yang enggan disebut namanya menceritakan perihal tersebut kepada SWARAJOMBANG.com Rabu, (21/12/2022).
Transaksi jual-beli terjadi pada tahun 2019 dengan kesepakatan harga bervariasi antara Rp. 80.000 sampai dengan Rp. 85.000/M2.
“Saya masih dibayar Rp.70.000 permeter, sisanya Rp.15.000 dilunasi setelah plot tanah dinyatakan selesai,” kata salah seorang pemilik lahan.
Dijelaskan pula olehnya, bahwa dirinya memegang surat keterangan yang dibuat dan ditandatangani oleh Sigit Praptono Adi selaku wakil dari pihak pembeli. Disebutkan dalam surat keterangan bahwa kekurangan akan dibayar setelah plot lahan dinyatakan selesai.
“Pak sigit menjanjikan setelah pembelian lahan dianggap selesai akan dibayar (dilunasi, red), tapi sekarang sudah tiga tahun lebih belum ada pelunasan dan tidak ada tanda-tanda penyelesaian,” ungkapnya.
Arga, pemuda yang aktif mendampingi warga petani juga sangat marah karena belum ada pelunasan dari pihak pembeli.
“Kasihan orang-orang merasa digantung, bahkan ada yang sudah meninggal dunia. Kalau harus disuruh menunggu sampai plot tanah selesai, sampai kiamat pun tidak akan lunas. Lihat saja mas, kalau sampai ingkar (tidak ada pelunasan, red) pabrik akan sulit bisa berdiri diatas bumi sukodadi ini,” ancam Arga.
Sigit Praptono Adi ketika dikonfirmasi via selulernya tidak menjawab meskipun terlihat nada telpon berdering.
Dari penelusuran di lapangan yang dilakukan SWARAJOMBANG,com menyebutkan, puluhan warga yang merasa kecewa berat sedang melakukan rapat koordinasi di rumah seorang tokoh masyarakat setempat.
Informasi yang sempat berembus keluar, mereka akan merencanakan aksi yang bentuknya masih dipersiapkan.
Sementara di luar lokasi rapat, tepatnya di lahan yag dibeli pihak investor, belasan petani lain mengekspresikan kekecewaan mereka dengan memasang baleho menuntut perusahaan agar segera melunasi pembayaran tanah.
Sukoyo, selaku kuasa jual dari pemilik lahan ketika dikonfirmasi mengatakan bahwa uang pelunasan sudah disiapkan oleh PT Peternakan Ayam Manggis selaku pembeli.
