JAKARTA, SWARAJOMBANG.com – Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR RI, Ahmad Sahroni meminta Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Terorisme (BNPT) agar tidak meminjam dana luar negeri pada pembiayaan program dan kegiatan.
Sahroni mengingatkan program BNPT, Menteri Bappenas dan Menteri Keuangan untuk menerapkan sikap nasionalis apalagi terkait pinjaman dana.
“Untuk pinjaman dari luar negeri, itu tidak boleh. Kita harus nasionalis, harus dari bank dalam negeri.Kalau kita pinjam dari luar, maka yang untung juga luar negeri. Jadi tidak boleh ada pinjaman luar negeri dalam hal ini,” ujar Sahroni saat memimpin rapat dengar pendapat (RDP) Komisi III DPR RI dan BNPT di Gedung Nusantara II DPR RI, Senayan, Jakarta, Rabu (31/8/2022).
Sahroni memberikan alternatif usulan agar pinjaman datang dari skema Kredit Swasta Asing (KSA) dari bank milik negara (himbara) di luar negeri.
“Alternatifnya, bisa dengan mengambil pinjaman dari bank milik negara dengan konsep KSA, jadi bank-nya tetap dari dalam negeri. Sebagai contoh: Bank BNI Luar negeri, Bank Mandiri Luar Negeri dan bank Himbara lainnya,” jelasnya.
Sahroni menegaskan BNPT sebagai lembaga penanggulangan terorisme harus independen dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Karenanya, dana asing sangat perlu dihindari demi menjaga independensi tersebut.
Selain itu, BNPT sebagai lembaga independen harus bebas dari berbagai potensi intervensi yang mungkin muncul, termasuk nantinya meminjam uang dari dana asing.
“Apalagi ini untuk menanggulangi terorisme yang berhubungan langsung dengan keamanan negara. Jadi BNPT wajib independen dan tidak boleh menggunakan dana asing dalam programnya,” katanya menegaskan.
Hal itu disampaikan Sahroni menanggapi proposal usulan pinjaman luar negeri BNPT senilai Rp2,3 triliun di tahun 2022.
Menanggapi hal tersebut, Kepala BNPT Komjen Pol. Boy Rafli Amar mengatakan segera berkomunikasi dengan Kementerian Keuangan untuk mengubah pinjaman itu dengan sumber dari dalam negeri.
