MAKAH, SWARAJOMBANG.com — Menteri Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan (Menko PMK) Muhadjir Effendy blusukan menemui jemaah haji Indonesia yang sudah berada di Kota Suci Makah, Jumat (2/6/2023) untuk memastikan pelayanan terhadap mereka berlangsung baik dan optimal.
Muhadjir tiba di King Abdulaziz International Airport sekitar pukul 03.15 dini hari waktu setempat disambut oleh Duta Besar Republik Indonesia untuk Kerajaan Arab Saud Abdul Aziz Ahmad.
Dia langsung menuju ke Wisma KJRI untuk melaksanakan pertemuan bersama sejumlah pejabat pengelola haji di sana. Hadir dalam pertemuan tersebut, antara lain Kepala Kanselerai Siti Nizamiyah, Kepala Perlindungan Warga Neni Kurniati, Kepala Konsul Haji Nasrullah, serta Direktur Luar Negeri Kementerian Agama Subhan.
Sebagian jamaah Indonesia telah memasuki Madinah dan Makah sejak kloter pertama diberangkatkan pada 24 Mei 2023 lalu. Secara bertahap jamaah haji dijadwalkan akan berangkat ke Arab Saudi hingga 22 Juni 2023 mendatang. Terdapat 203.320 dari kuota reguler, di mana 67.000 jamaah di antaranya berusia 65 tahun ke atas atau berkisar 30% dari total keseluruhan.
Muhadjir menerangkan salah satu tujuan kedatangannya untuk memastikan agar jamaah tidak terlalu banyak dibebani dengan urusan-urusan yang bersifat teknis. Pemerintah harus melayani semaksimal mungkin agar mereka dapat melaksanakan ibadah dengan baik dan khusyuk.
Tiba di KKHI Makah, Muhadjir bertemu dengan sejumlah jamaah haji Indonesia yang berasal dari Makassar. Muhadjir merasa lega mendengar penjelasan dari para jamaah bahwa kondisi yang mereka rasakan sudah cukup bagus, baik dari segi makanan maupun pelayanan kesehatan.
“Sudah cukup bagus, pelayanannya juga cukup bagus, satu kamar diisi empat orang. Saya kira itu cukup nyaman,” kata Muhadjir.
Berdasarkan tinjauannya, Muhadjir menerangkan pihak medis telah bekerja dengan baik. Setiap blok dalam penginapan telah terdapat pusat pelayanan medis yang dapat dimanfaatkan sewaktu-waktu oleh jamaah. Pada titik-titik tersebut juga telah tersedia dokter dan tenaga medis yang siap melayani jamaah.
“Saya tadi tanya kepada mereka (jamaah) selama di sini para petugas medis ini tidak menunggu, tetapi mendatangi masing-masing kamar untuk ditanyakan kesehatannya dan juga membagikan vitamin. Itu bagus apalagi sekarang ini banyak jamaah yang tergolong lansia,” ujar Muhadjir.
Menyoroti pelaksanaan Wukuf di Arafah dan bermalam di Mina, Muhadjir mengatakan, akan mengecek penyediaan layanan toilet yang sering kali bermasalah. Terlebih pelaksanaan ibadah di Mina akan memakan waktu selama tiga hari dan seluruh jamaah berada di tempat tersebut secara bersamaan.
“Ini akan menjadi perhatian saya, nanti akan saya cek itu toilet. Nanti kalau persiapannya masih kurang akan saya laporkan itu ke Dubes agar bisa ditindaklanjuti,” kata Muhadjir.
Haji ramah lansia
Pada tahun 2023, kuota Jemaah Haji Indonesia berjumlah 221.000, yang terdiri dari 203.320 jemaah haji reguler, 17.680 jemaah haji khusus dan 4.200 petugas haji, yang diberangkatkan melalui 13 Bandar Udara Embarkasi Haji. Salah satu tantangan penyelenggaraan ibadah haji pada tahun ini adalah tidak adanya pembatasan usia untuk jemaah yang akan melaksanakannya.
Oleh sebab itu, pemerintah mengusung tagline Haji Ramah Lansia. Pemerintah memastikan agar semua sarana dan prasarana dalam pelaksanaan ibadah haji dapat diakses dan memudahkan lansia dalam menjalankannya. Para petugas haji juga mendapat pelatihan secara khusus untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang kebutuhan fisik, emosional, sosial, dan kognitif lansia.
