Beragam komentar datang dari berbagai kalangan hingga mendapat tanggapan serius dari Ketua Komisi A DPRD Jombang, Andik Basuki Rachmad.
Andik mengatakan bahwa sebetulnya Pemkab Jombang kurang serius dalam merespons persoalan Ruko Simpang tiga Jombang.
“Pemkab Jombang semestinya harus mengambil langkah-langkah konkrit dalam bersikap dan tidak perlu mengumbar statement-statement yang berukuran normatif bila didengar telinga kritis,”kata Andik kepada SWARAJOMBANG.com, Kamis (17/11/2022).
“Langkah konkrit misalnya, Pemkab Jombang memberikan surat peringatan satu sampai tiga kali agar penghuni ruko melunasi uang sewa. Bila peringatan diabaikan, ambil tindakan tegas dengan memerintahkan Satpol PP untuk menyegel ruko,” tambah Andik geram.
Menurut Ketua DPD Golkar Jombang ini, persoalan Ruko Simpang Tiga tidak boleh berlarut-larut karena ini menyangkut tanggung jawab Pemkab Jombang kepada BPK.
“Semakin lama beban kita semakin membengkak bila temuan BPK tidak segera dibayar. Siapa yang dirugikan? Apakah penghuni ruko? Untuk itu, sekali lagi segel ruko bila mereka bandel!” pungkas Andik.
Seperti diberitakan, Sekretaris Daerah Jombang Agus Purnomo berjanji akan bertindak tegas terhadap penghuni ruko Simpang Tiga bila tidak mau membayar tunggakan uang sewa ruko.
“Bila penghuni Ruko Simpang Tiga tidak kooperatif, kami tidak segan-segan untuk menutup ruko. Kami pun sebetulnya bisa langsung bertindak ekstrim karena kami memegang perjanjian, dimana dalam salah satu pasal diperjanjian menyebutkan bahwa semuanya akan berakhir tanpa syarat bila masa berlaku SHGB sudah habis. Terkecuali pemegang SHGB mengajukan permohonan perpanjangan dua tahun sebelum masa berlaku SHGB habis,” kata Sekdakab Jombang, Agus Purnomo.
