Harus dilakukan antisipasi, pengawasan, regulasi, hingga langkah-langkah cepat untuk dapat menyelesaikan perkara.
“Perlu ada satu regulasi yang cukup kuat, dengan sanksi yang tegas. Karena ini sudah berbeda penanganannya dengan 10-15 tahun yang lalu,” jelas Arief.
“Sekarang tidak cukup hanya dengan KUHP (Kitab Undang-undang Hukum Pidana) saja,” tambahnya.
Sebagai informasi, kasus dugaan penipuan mencuat beberapa waktu terakhir. Sejumlah korban pun telah melapor ke pihak kepolisian terkait perkara itu.
Total terdapat 1.222 situs Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi (PBK) dan 92 domain binary option yang ditindak sepanjang 2021. “Sepanjang 2021, Bappebti bekerja sama dengan Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika telah memblokir 1.222 domain situs web perdagangan berjangka komoditi tanpa izin dan judi berkedok trading,” kata Plt Kepala Bappebti Indrasari Wisnu Wardhana, Rabu (2/2/2022).
