JAKARTA, SWARAJOMBANG.com – Anggota Komisi III DPR RI Adde Rosi Khoerunnisa menyoroti realisasi anggaran Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) berkaitan rencana pendidikan anti korupsi tahun 2022 yang masih rendah untuk perguruan tinggi.
Terlebih, belum lama ini publik dikejutkan adanya rektor salah satu universitas ternama di Indonesia yang ditangkap oleh KPK. Oleh karena itu, Adde Rosi mendorong KPK untuk semakin memaksimalkan penyerapan pendidikan atau rencana kerja pendidikan anti korupsi di perguruan tinggi.
Demikian disampaikan Adde Rosi saat Rapat Kerja Komisi III DPR RI dengan Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi Firli Bahuri beserta segenap jajaran dengan agenda pembahasan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran (RKA K/L) Tahun 2023 dan pembahasan usulan program yang akan didanai oleh Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) yang digelar di Ruang Rapat Komisi III DPR RI, Gedung Nusantara II, Senayan, Jakarta, Rabu (7/9/2022).
“Setelah melihat target pendidikan korupsi tahun 2021 untuk perguruan tinggi, hanya mencapai 74 persen saja. Pertanyaan saya, ini kenapa? Padahal kita tahu, baru-baru ini KPK menangkap rektor universitas ternama di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, kenapa anggaran realisasi untuk perguruan tinggi rencana kerja pendidikan ini rendah? Apakah ini nanti akan di 2022 ini juga akan terserap dengan baik? ataukah misalnya nanti di 2023 anggaran ini akan bertambah lagi atau seperti apa?,” ujar Adde Rosi.
Mengingat, tandas politisi Partai Golkar ini, sebuah universitas ternama ini saja sudah ada kasus korupsi di dalamnya. Maka bukan suatu hal yang tidak mungkin jikalau universitas-universitas lain juga berpotensi terjadi hal yang sama.
“Oleh karena itu, harapan saya untuk penyerapan pendidikan atau rencana kerja pendidikan korupsi di perguruan tinggi agar lebih dimaksimalkan,” tegas Adde Rosi.
Tak hanya itu, Adde Rosi mempertanyakan program ‘Desa Anti Korupsi’ KPK yang dicanangkan hanya untuk 10 provinsi saja. Jangan sampai, sambung Adde Rosi, nantinya program tersebut menimbulkan iri provinsi yang lain.
“Karena, saya yakin provinsi yang lain juga pasti mengharapkan adanya pembinaan yang berkelanjutan dari KPK agar tadi tidak terjadi hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan kedepannya,” tegas legislator dapil Banten I ini.
Di sisi lain, Adde Rosi menyoroti program “Roadshow Bus KPK: Jelajah Negeri, Bangun Antikorupsi.
“Apa yakin Pak akan berkeliling dengan menggunakan bus? Apakah ini masih relevan untuk dilakukan oleh KPK? Mengingat, saya rasa bukan hanya daerah tertentu saja yang akan dilakukan pencegahan korupsi melalui bus. Jangan sampai bentuknya hanya seremonial belaka tetapi manfaatnya ini tidak didapatkan secara baik,” pungkas Adde Rosi.
Sebelumnya, Ketua KPK memaparkan Program Unggulan 2023 di antaranya ‘Desa Anti Korupsi’ dan ‘Roadshow Bus KPK: Jelajah Negeri, Bangun Antikorupsi’. Adapun, program ‘Desa Anti Korupsi’ dilaksanakan di 10 Desa yang tersebar di 10 Provinsi yaitu Bali, Jateng, Jatim, Jabar, NTT, Sulsel, NTB, NAD, Lampung dan Kalbar.
Sementara itu, program ‘Roadshow Bus KPK: Jelajah Negeri, Bangun Antikorupsi’ yang akan melakukan perjalanan ke 3 provinsi yakni Sumsel, Lampung dan Banten dengan mengunjungi 9 daerah.
