JAKARTA, SWARAJOMBANG.com – Anggota Komisi XI DPR RI Anis Byarwati menegaskan kebijakan tarik subsidi bahan bakar minyak (BBM) oleh pemerintah adalah langkah yang kontraproduktif.
Sebab, kebijakan tersebut dinilai di saat momentum yang sangat tidak tepat. Kebijakan tarik subsidi tersebut pasalnya bersamaan dengan kondisi geopolitik, yaitu perang Rusia versus Ukraina, yang membuat perekonomian global semakin tidak pasti karena ancaman inflasi tinggi.
“Ketika perekonomian sedang bergerak pada pemulihan, bukan distimulasi tapi malah dihambat, kebijakan yang kontraproduktif. Padahal masyarakat butuh waktu untuk kembali menyesuaikan dengan kondisi ekonomi yang tidak stabil seperti saat ini,” ujar Anis dalam keterangan tertulis kepada media, Selasa (6/9/2022).
Menurut Anis, kenaikan harga BBM bukan sekadar menaikkan biaya transportasi kendaraan pribadi saja, tapi juga ke hampir semua sektor ekonomi akan terdampak, terutama sektor yang berhubungan dengan masyarakat secara umum.
Karena itu, ia menyebut kebijakan menaikkan harga BBM bersubsidi akan semakin mendekatkan perekonomian nasional pada kondisi triple horror yang sangat mengkhawatirkan, akan terjadi efek berantai dalam perekonomian.
“Tekanan inflasi tinggi, naiknya harga BBM akan mempengaruhi harga bahan baku di tingkat produsen meningkat, sehingga harga jual ke konsumen akan ikut naik, diperkirakan angka inflasi akan mencapai 7,0-8,0 persen hingga akhir tahun 2022,” ujar Wakil Ketua Badan Akuntabilitas Keuangan Negara (BAKN) DPR RI itu.
Anis menerangkan bahwa suku bunga tinggi, pasca kenaikan harga BBM akan memicu kenaikan inflasi umum diperkirakan menembus di level 7,0-8,0 persen hingga akhir tahun.
“Kondisi ini memicu kenaikan suku bunga secara agresif, kondisi ini akan membuat biaya ekspansi rumah tangga dan dunia usaha menjadi lebih mahal,” seru politisi Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) tersebut.
Menurutnya, tingginya inflasi dan tingkat suku bunga, sudah pasti menyebabkan pertumbuhan ekonomi akan melambat. Aktivitas ekonomi yang sudah mulai bergulir semenjak awal tahun 2022, bisa dipastikan akan melambat, seiring dengan tingginya biaya ekspansi usaha dan beban hidup masyarakat.
“Dampaknya adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi tahun 2022 akan kembali melambat. Juga akan menambah angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran,” tuturnya.
Anis menyatakan, kebijakan tarik subsidi Solar dan Pertalite, dipastikan akan meningkatkan angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran.
“Kebijakan pemerintah mengeluarkan bansos senilai Rp24,17 triliun, dalam bentuk bantuan langsung tunai (BLT), bantuan subsidi upah (BSU) dan mengalokasikan 2 persen dana transfer umum pemerintah daerah untuk sektor transportasi umum, ojek, dan nelayan, tidak terlalu banyak membantu,” ujarnya.
Dengan demikian, alokasi besaran Bansos tidak sebanding dengan tekanan ekonomi yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat akibat dampak Covid-19 dan angka inflasi yang sudah tinggi sebelumnya.
“Besar kemungkinan pada akhir tahun 2022, angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran akan kembali meningkat,” tutup Anis.
